Settlement is based on the result at the time the match or event is officially declared complete. rush4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Live Betting: In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time based on match conditions. The Company reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period may be rejected.
Casino Games: All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live video streaming from certified studios. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are displayed on each game where applicable. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of clear technical malfunction confirmed by the Company.

All content on the rush4d Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, graphical assets, game interfaces, text content, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of rush4d International or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

Upon termination, any outstanding Funds in Your Account may be withheld pending completion of an investigation. If the Company determines that termination was justified due to Your breach of this Agreement, Funds may be forfeited. If termination was made in error or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, Your balance will be returned to You following standard KYC verification.
You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to You following KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
